One of my New Year's Resolutions is to get in better shape.... I know everyone says that every year, but I am desperate... I will turn 27 on my birthday and already I am feeling the aches and pains of a much older body. This year alone I have dealt with knee problems, developed turf toe, and pulled several muscles, however I do feel that I should have several more good years of playing sports without sitting out half of the season. So Steven and I decided it's about time we do something about it. I've gone back and forth about either going to the gym or just walking down stairs and working out. So for now I think I will save some money:)
I don't know if any of you watch The Biggest Loser, but I LOVE that show! So those of you who do know the show Know Jillian... I would totally pick her to be my trainer if I was on the show. Steven found a workout of hers and we tried it and it kicked-my-butt! (I will post the link at the end if anyone would like to try it) My legs were shaking so bad and were almost numb.
So I will keep you updated on my progress:)
