Saturday was the Colony Day in Palmer so Steven, Cruz and I took the opportunity to get out of the house and enjoy ourselves. We got there right on time and we watched Cruz enjoy the excitement of the parade. He was so cute waving to all the people passing bye.
One lady gave him a sucker so we had to teach him to suck on it rather than bite it. After he was done he had snot running down his nose and yellow sticky slime smeared across his face. He was so cute! 
We finally got tired of watching the parade and went to chat with our friend Dwayne. He had his chiropractic booth set up for screenings. After that I got a pulled pork sandwich from the Rib Shack and Steven got a cheese burger. Cruz snacked off our sandwiches and fudge.
Then we decided it was time to go home.
